This book describes the findings of a long-term study conducted at the Max Planck Institute for Psychological Research in Munich from 1984 to 1993. Using a sample of about 200 children, the study sought to analyze developmental changes in cognition, social skills, and personality, and explore possible interrelationships in developmental changes across domains.
