Dirty Harriet

Omtale

A NEW LIFE TO LIVE. AN OLD SCORE TO SETTLE. Harriet Cullen is forty-four, child-free, and bafflingly happy, much to everyone else’s confusion. When she inherits a small fortune, she quits her thankless care job, dumps her deadbeat boyfriend and reinvents herself online as The World’s Biggest Karen, a TikTok firebrand taking down everyday rule-breakers with a ruthless honesty. But there is one showdown Harriet has always avoided: the man who kidnapped her as a child. Determined to start fresh with her f**k you money, Harriet moves to a quiet street on the Devon border, surrounded by her growing menagerie of rescued animals. Only she has not chosen this street by chance. Directly opposite lives Jeremy Oaten, the snaggle-toothed man who ruined her childhood and escaped justice. Now Harriet is back, and she intends to collect. Filled with C.J. Skuse’s signature wit and razor-sharp voice, Dirty Harriet is the perfect black comedy revenge thriller for the TikTok generation.
