Omtale
Planning your wedding ought to be a straightforward business when the proposal has been accepted and everyone is pleased for you. But for bride-to-be Susan Jones, a beloved village resident with a strong-minded daughter, things aren’t as simple as she’d hoped. Friends and neighbours compete to give the bride away, arguments break out over who will make her lace veil and even the newlyweds' future home is chosen for them. For the little seaside haven of Combe Tollbridge, marrying Susan Jones to Mickey Binns indeed takes a village!
