After years of relative calm, the threat from Somali pirates has increased exponentially. When a few American ships get taken, U.S. authorities become determined to find the source of this new danger. Jake Keller has a plan. It is unconventional, but that is par for the course with Jake. He hopes to lure the mastermind behind these crimes out of hiding by posing as a rival. It is a dangerous plan, made more so by Jake's personal involvement with the beautiful heiress to a Greek shipping fortune.
