Garden of Seven Senses

Omtale

Awaken not just five but all seven senses in this lush picture book by award-winning author Margarita Engle that follows a mother and daughter as they explore a botanical garden. When a curious child enters a sensory garden with her mother, she experiences the five best known senses plus two delightful surprises. After seeing the bright flowers, hearing birds sing and bees buzz, smelling a lime, and touching Braille labels with a fellow garden-goer, the little explorer tests her balance on a swing and feels her position in space while dangling above the ground. It's an unforgettable jaunt through the wonders of nature and of the human body!
