Composed by English chronicler Pierre de Langtoft (died c.1305), this history of England in Anglo-Norman verse was extremely popular with the aristocracy during the first half of the fourteenth century. This volume, published in 1868, covers the reign of Edward I and the Scottish Wars of Independence.
