House Pets

Omtale

LIFE IS STRANGEA grieving mother is on the run, with only a dead rabbit for company. When a couple's evening is interrupted, is the stranger at their door really in need of their help? Two sisters facing an unspecified apocalypse weigh up whether to walk out on their bedridden father, just as he walked out on them years earlier. With her impeccable linework, colour and cinematic framing, Bianca Bagnarelli expertly captures small moments and details as she explores the edges of realistic and speculative fiction. Contemplative and moving, House Pets marks the full-length debut of an essential new voice in graphic fiction.
