Towards a European Criminal Record

This multidisciplinary study examines the creation of a European Criminal Record as a means of combating trans-European and transnational organised crime. The new European Criminal Record will make it more difficult for organised crime to operate within the EU and assist national authorities in the successful prosecution of cases.
