Whale Feels Worried is a picture book that helps young children discuss their feelings and build positive relationships. It offers a gentle introduction to worrying and offers some ways in which to deal with it. In the story, Whale is worried about her school work, and wants it to be better. She is really worried when she makes a tear in her picture. Luckily, her teacher Mr Narwhal helps Whale understand that it's okay to make mistakes - that it is how we learn.
